Because Florida does not have an individual state income...

Because
Florida does not have an individual state income tax. The only reason to file a
state tax return in Florida is if you have a Florida-located business, rental
property, or farm. In that case, a Florida Tangible Personal Property tax
return may be due.

  I
suspect you went through the state interview too fast, because there are
warnings that the only personal state income tax is the business personal
property tax and gives you the opportunity to not go there. See the screenshot below. It
shows where, if you said “No”, a FL return would not have been prepared.

See
this TT FAQ on how to
remove state forms if you do not need them. If you didn't need the program consider calling
TurboTax Support for a refund. See how to get a telephone number for Turbotax Support here: https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/.
Once you enter a description of the problem, select "call" from the
next page. (Do not enter the word "refund" for the description - it
will take you to a where's my refund page. If asking about a product refund,
use a term such as rebate or allowance.)

    (Note: Telephone
numbers are only given when TT support is open.
See this URL for hours of operation.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899263. Please note that times given are Pacific
Time.)
