Can't get by did you earn money in another state. I hit no and continue and software won't move to next screen; continues to ask did you earn money in another state.

That seems weird. Have you tried going all the way back to the beginning screens of MY INFO and re-entering your responses on the screens?

Tried reentering to no avail. I had to go into tools, my tax data and then saw a reference about another state and deleted (changed it to no entry) that on the form. I was then able to move past that screen
