If you're using TurboTax Desktop, you could compare the Ohio tax forms with the ones you completed on the state website to see what the differences are.

That might give a clue to what entries are missing or incorrect in TurboTax. It could be in the Federal return, flowing into your Ohio return.

Towards the end of the state interview, you get screens to allocate income between Federal/Ohio.
