      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;What is your state of record?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt; If it is South Carolina, &lt;B&gt;you still need to file&lt;/B&gt; a South Carolina return reporting all of your income there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your state of record is not South Carolina, are you having South Carolina taxes withheld from your wages?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your state of record is not South Carolina, you have no other income there and are not having South Carolina taxes withheld, then you do not need to file a South Carolina return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Double check all information entered on the My Info page to see if South Carolina is indicated.&amp;nbsp; &lt;B&gt;(See the screenshot below)&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
