    <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded a second state (Hawaii) and have tried to install it.&amp;nbsp; The state won't start.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no menu option at the top of the State Taxes page to toggle back and forth between the two states to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The taxes due (refund) summary - pressing the arrow key I can find the second state.&amp;nbsp; Then by pressing when it says "see amount" it returns me a page wanting me to buy the second state again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reinstalled TurboTax software, with the primary state.&amp;nbsp; I reinstalled Hawaii.&amp;nbsp; The state won't start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I doing wrong that the second state (Hawaii) is not added?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Payment for the second state has cleared the bank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried two phone numbers and both were robots that hung up on me after repeating the same routines.&amp;nbsp; I could not back out of their routines and get an operator or other assistant.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
