Second state - Desktop version

I downloaded a second state (Hawaii) and have tried to install it. The state won't start.

There is no menu option at the top of the State Taxes page to toggle back and forth between the two states to work.

The taxes due (refund) summary - pressing the arrow key I can find the second state. Then by pressing when it says "see amount" it returns me a page wanting me to buy the second state again.

I reinstalled TurboTax software, with the primary state. I reinstalled Hawaii. The state won't start.

What am I doing wrong that the second state (Hawaii) is not added?

Payment for the second state has cleared the bank.

I tried two phone numbers and both were robots that hung up on me after repeating the same routines. I could not back out of their routines and get an operator or other assistant.
