@blank did you pay it? Your only proof is your bank statement or credit card statement showing the payment coming out. Better pay it soon to stop any interest.

Yes, you can access the Ohio School District Tax return in TurboTax

Select the "State Taxes" tab
On the "Let's get your state taxes done right" screen, press "Continue"
There will be a series of screens in the Ohio return. Complete the interview for each and continue adding your information
When you reach the "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes" screen, scroll down to find "Ohio school district taxes" then press "Start" or "Update" (see attached image Ohio SD-100)
On the "School District Income Tax?" screen, check the checkbox for "School District Income Tax (Form SD 100)" then press "Continue"
