      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks! how about Texas, though? Employee lives in Texas and is getting withheld NJ taxes (since that’s the source of income). There’s no state income tax in Texas, but there are other “small” payroll related taxes. If the source of income is not Texas, do I don’t withhold any of those?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
