topic OH Form ITNRC in State tax filing

Yesterday I received a letter/check from the OH Tax Department with my refund. The refund they sent me was over $4,000.00 less than I was supposed to receive according to what Turbo Tax told me back in April. I just spent an hour plus on the phone trying to figure out what I need to do to receive the remainder of my refund. They said my return was complete except it was missing the IT NRC Form. I went online and found that MANY people had the same problem. How could Turbo Tax provide its customers with such poor service? With all this in mind, I would hope Turbo Tax would offer some kind of free service or large discount if I choose to use Turbo Tax to complete my 2024 taxes.

Under paid, Rykcade

The ITNRC form is not supported by TurboTax for electronic filing. You need to chose the option to print your return for mailing and then print and mail just the non-resident form.

File an amended Ohio State Income Tax Return on paper and include the missing Form IT-NRC to claim the credit.
