California 540 - ES vouchers not being generated to print

The 540-ES worksheet shows correct calculations after applying my 2023 refund to 2024 tax payments, but 540-ES vouchers are blank. When I try to enter in an amount the amount shows up but personal information is missing. Certainly I can fill in the information manually myself, but TurboTax should do this automatically.

P.S. when I called and explained my problem, I was put on hold and cut off...

At the end of your state return, we’ll ask if you want to make estimated tax payments and help you calculate the amount. You will be able to estimate your income, deductions, and filing status for next year before we calculate the voucher amounts. When you come to the screen below, click Start next to Estimated Taxes for Next Year.

Estimated taxes are based on what you think you'll owe the state next year. We help you estimate the amounts, and prepare vouchers for you to use with your quarterly payments.

Yes, I completed the estimated taxes for next year worksheet, applying this years refund and rounding up to the nearest $100.

Calculations were performed properly, but the 540-ES Payment Vouchers were not generated.

and When I try to retrieve the vouchers are blank.

on the federal side, I also applied my refund to next years taxes and rounded to nearest $100.

1040-ES payment vouchers printed fine.

OK, I was able to print my vouchers.

In TurboTax, I went to the California (540) Estimated Tax Worksheet.

All calculations were correct, However there is a line for:

Select Voucher Printing option (a, b, or c)

Box c was selected which states DO NOT PRINT...

I changed to box a (Print part 1 with lines 3 a-c)

I was then able to print vouchers individually with proper info.

Not sure if box c was default or if I somehow selected it.

All is good!

FYI - and you know that Calif only wants 3 payments. They skip the 3rd one. They want 30% 40% 0% 30%
