    <description>&lt;P&gt;For all intents and purposes, you were a resident of your original state all year...you did not "move"..and were in the other state temporarily, only as a non-resident.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF you worked in the other 3-mo-state while you were there, then you do have "Other State Income" and would need to file a non-resident tax return for the 3-mo-state.....if they have an income tax.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
