2023 TurboTax Desktop Multiple State Tax Download issue

I downloaded the 2023 desktop version of TurboTax. I have multiple non-resident states I need to file in. I selected several of the states, paid for them, and "downloaded" the forms. However, every time I click on the "start" button it takes me back to the "State purchase/download" page again instead of taking me to the forms to fill out.

I have deleted the program off my computer and reinstalled it. When I did that, I could download each of the state forms individually. However, I signed back into TurboTax and still could not access the state forms I paid for. It, again, sent me to the same "State purchase/download" page.

Any answers on how to access all the state forms I've paid for or get me out of this loop so I can continue with filling out the other state forms?

This happens from time to time. Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then try again.

Another thing to try if you are using a Windows computer.

RT-click on the TTX icon when you first start TTX, and select "Run as Administrator".

I am on Windows. I have tried all options above and I'm still caught in the same loop. TurboTax desktop is still not giving me access to the multiple state non-resident tax forms.

Any other suggestions out there?

Check for windows updates partially-installed and reboot computer, even if you don't find any..

...beyond that....all the easy solutions are done...no new ideas

Call Customer Support.....they can lead you thru...get you new installation files...uninstall-re-install...most anything:
