Zero is entered, not the correct amount from Tax Table

A little more information would be helpful:

What is the amount on line 21 of Schedule ND-1NR? Does this amount match line 19 of Form ND-1?
What amount in the 2023 Tax Table in the Form ND-1 Booklet - Individual Income Tax Instructions and Tables do you expect to be populating line 22 of Schedule ND-1NR?
What is the amount populating line 23, Tax on North Dakota source income, on Schedule ND-1NR?

My mistake. Line 21 has 44778. I am married filing jointly and the tax table has zero for the amount on line 21. I thought that the $143 amount in the column for married filing separate should have been entered on line 21 as I did not read the column headings.

Last year I paid North Dakota $39, I did not expect to have zero liability and failed to read the column headings.
