Colorado State Tax still pending after 9 days

I efiled through Turbo Tax both Federal and Colorado state taxes for 2023 on 2/7/24. I received an email notification that Federal was accepted on 2/7. However, my Colorado State taxes still show PENDING as of 2/16 nine days later. I found out on the news that Colorado was not processing any state tax returns until 2/15. Is my Colorado State tax efiled on 2/7 still somewhere on a Turbo Tax server or sitting on Colorado state tax server to be processed in the order received? How long should I continue to check Colorado state tax acceptance before I contact someone that I have not heard back of my efile being accepted that was submitted before Colorado was ready to process returns. Who do I contact if there is an issue, Turbo Tax or Colorado Revenue office?

Thanks! I will wait a couple of weeks and check again to see if CO caught up on the filings. I did check turbo tax and see that it was sent and recieved but still not yet processed.
