This form should be included with your Missouri State tax return and e-filed or mailed in to the address for your MO-1040 along with a copy of the Federal return.

If you're using TurboTax, it will all be included when you e-file the state return.

i am trying to file my MO state and this form keeps saying not avail to e-file.... what do i do?

You'll need to send your Missouri return by mail. Form MO-WFTC isn't supported by electronic filing.

According to the Form MO-1040 Instructions, you'll need to complete Form MO-WFTC and attach it to Form MO-1040, along with a copy of your federal tax return, including your federal Schedule EIC. If you don't attach these forms, your credit may be disallowed.

The relevant mailing address is shown in both links above, and will also display when you print your Missouri return.

is this something new this ear? last year hr block didnt have any issues submitting my state taxes

No, the state has not finalized the form. MO still shows last year's version. Once the state is done revising the form, we will finalize it in our program. If you want to wait and e-file, you can. See the date here. I recommend a small wait for e-file rather than a longer wait to mail and process.
