Problem with pay online window for State return

When I go to file my state (Illinois) return on Turbo Tax the window which pops up for my payment address seems to be too big for my screen (laptop, but not mini). The window/box does not have a scroll bar nor will it minimize nor can I make it smaller with the cursor. This has been true for years. I called Turbo tax a few years ago and was told that maybe changing the focus ("DPI") on my screen would help (it did not). So, for years I've had to print and snail-mail.

Anyone else have this issue?

Anyone know what might help as apparently TurboTax will never fix it.

Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

I have (as usual) snail mailed my state taxes. I did call TurboTax a couple of years ago and got no useful help from a customer service which did not know how to help, but suggested that maybe lowering the resolution of my screen ("DPI") might do something. It did not.
