      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do not get it all back.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you worked and earned income in AL you are subject to paying AL state income tax.&amp;nbsp; But...you file a NON-resident state tax return for AL, and depending on how much was withheld, maybe you will get a refund of some of the state tax withheld.&amp;nbsp; TX has no state income tax, so there is not a resident state for which AL will credit the AL tax.&lt;/P&gt;
