topic Filing 2022 and 2023 M1PR in State tax filing

Hello! I am a Minnesota resident filing form M1PR for the first time. I didn't file my M1PR last year and I read on the 2022 M1PR instructions that the final deadline to claim the 2022 refund is August 15th, 2024 so I am planning on filing it soon along with my 2023 M1PR. When filing the M1PR by mail, do I mail in the 2022 and 2023 M1PRs separately in their own envelopes or should I just put the forms (M1PR and CRPs) together? Also, I just want to double-check; when mailing my M1PR, I only include my CRP and not my roommates correct? Thanks in advance for your help!

Starting this year, the M1PR can be e-filed with your return.

This is according to Minn Website:

Complete and send us Form M1PR, Homestead Credit Refund (for Homeowners) and Renter's Property Tax Refund. If you are filing as a renter, include any Certificates of Rent Paid (CRPs) you received.

For filing details, see the Form M1PR instructions.
