topic Lived in Ohio but PA taxes were taken out in State tax filing

So I lived in Ohio all of last year. I earned roughly 25k in Ohio and then my problem is I made some money in PA. I earned about 18k in a one time payment at a job l had. The problem is I accidentally left the taxes to be taken out in Pittsburgh Pa, so nothing taken out for Ohio, since they thought I was living in Pittsburgh. So right now l am projected to pay in 300 into Ohio taxes and still getting 2600ish back in federal. Do I need to fill out something special for this PA tax? Cause right now I am only filing a basic Ohio, and nothing else. I've looked up some things and saw non resident form or what not. Am I just screwed in paying into Ohio state taxes? Or is there something I should do to not pay in for PA and get the max out of my refund. Ps I'm using turbo tax so.

ALL your income, including your earnings from PA. is taxable by Ohio. Since the two states have tax reciprocity, your PA W-2 earnings are not taxable by PA.

Since your PA employer mistakenly withheld PA taxes, you must file a non-resident PA tax return in addition to your home state OH return. On the PA return you should show the PA withholding but allocate zero income to PA. This should result in your receiving a full refund of the incorrectly withheld PA taxes.

In future, if you ever take a job in PA, file PA Form REV-419 with your PA employer. This will prevent the incorrect withholding of PA taxes. Here's a link to the form:
