      <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the Federal and everything works but in downloading the free state (CA) for 2023 tax year, I am getting a message that "Error Downloading your TurboTax State. &amp;nbsp;It could not be downloaded and please try later". &amp;nbsp;I have singed off and back on as I saw in similar post from two years ago and by now I am sure the CA state module should be ready and operational in TurboTax Premier. &amp;nbsp; Anyone else run into this? &amp;nbsp;Help please!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope. did not work. &amp;nbsp;I had seen that on prior issues and my entire set up is up to date. &amp;nbsp;When I first installed the software first week in January, I called support and they told me the CA module may not have been ready. &amp;nbsp;But, now it is filing time and it should be ready. So, I am not sure initial explanation was correct by Intuit Support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas everyone? &amp;nbsp;Appreciate the effort!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://patchdelivery.turbotax.intuit.com/statecleanup/TY21_StateClean_Tool.zip" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:inherit;font-size:inherit;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Download the TTStateCleanup.zip file&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and save it to your desktop or other easy-to-find location&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Double-click to open the zip folder&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Extract the contents of the folder to your desktop and open the extracted folder&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Right-click the downloaded file (&lt;I&gt;TTCleanStates.exe&lt;/I&gt;) and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Run as Administrator&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select your version (Personal or Business)&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select your state from the dropdown menu and choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Remove&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;(if you're having problems with multiple states, choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Remove all States&lt;/STRONG&gt;)&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Once the tool finishes removing the state return(s), close it and reopen TurboTax&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Follow the prompts to update TurboTax at the prompt. It should start downloading your state
  &lt;UL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;If it doesn't, click the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;State Taxes&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab and download it from there&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, the link you provided is for Windows and won't open on my Mac. &amp;nbsp;Is there a version for the Mac please? &amp;nbsp;Also the name of the file refers to Tax Year 21. Does that matter? &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
