I am trying to file my California 2023 return via paper (don't want to spend the $20...) but can't print the forms. TT tells me the form haven't been finalized yet.

Please advise of a solution.

There is an update for CA that is supposed to come out sometime on 31 Jan....so update your software on 1 Feb, then try again then.
