IT-267 Still not here for 2023 fillings.

I started tax prep today, Jan 28 2024, and once again NYS IT-267 for geothermal tax credits is missing. This does not just mean a form is missing, it means I cannot use TurboTax for the "free" state file and have to do the paperwork manually again. So it for me for the second year in a row it cuts the value of my TurboTax Desktop Mac in half since it can only do half of my filings.

The New York state Form IT-267 Geothermal Energy System Credit for tax year 2023 is scheduled to be available in TurboTax on 01/31/2024.

Thanks. I just wish this was a little easier to find when starting from the Support pages. I really appreciate your answer, but it seems to me "support" here is just a malapropism for a vendor hosted chat board, making it feel random that I could get help.
