I don't qualify for their&nbsp;<A href="https://portal.ct.gov/DRS/myconneCT/myconneCT" target="_self">myconneCT</A> system but they do offer an alternative online <A href="https://drs.ct.gov/eservices/_/#LT653y6ln9lhfDtv_Df-1-5" target="_self">here</A>. Only issue is that site doesn't ask you to register and verify anything; it only ask for your name, SSN, address, and then it just asks for your bank account details. I have not made a CT payment however.
