It is early December. Many state forms and state programs are not yet ready. Even the federal software will require a number of updates between now and late January when users can actually begin to file their tax returns. Check back at a later time for your state software.

But that can change. January sometime is normal for TTX to issue state forms....rarely are any ready in December.

One year, TTX posted NC "preliminary" forms to download early, but some of the $$ went into prior year forms, and the results were all wrong because NC had changed/inserted a lot of the line numbers...it didn't get fixed until the final NC forms were posted in late January.

Thanks. Up until Monday 12/4/23 the MA forms were scheduled for 12/6/23, As you say it's now scheduled for January.
