Hello,

I see that the FEDERAL TURBO TAX BUSINESS 2023 download edition is ready to be purchased, but where do I find the software needed to file STATE TURBO TAX BUSINESS FOR MARYLAND?

First time filing as an S-Corp (LLC electing to be taxed as an S Corp).

You buy the state Business program separately from inside the federal program. The state programs won't be ready until January. Looks like Maryland won't be ready until Feb 2

Yes. You can now get Live Full Service for the Desktop Business program. Scroll down to the bottom of this page

There is a new Live Full Service for Business returns. It's not part of the Business Desktop program but is a separate service

The Forms Availability Table for TurboTax Business indicates that the Maryland State S-Corp module is estimated to be released on March 1, 2024. Because updates are released after business hours Pacific time, we recommend that you wait until the next day to download the file for installation.

it now says march 8, totallly unacceptable!! If they charge me 50.00 for this inconvenience i will go elsewhere next year

Oh no! Should we still file Federal and then wait for the MD forms? Would that work? This never happened to me before using TT

I'm not sure if it'll let you file federal without the Maryland forms, but that would be an option. You could always file for an extension, which is what I always do anyways.

My big issues. I have partners who want to file their taxes and so they need their k1s and their Maryland state forms. For those who can't wait. I've been downloading the Maryland State forum and entering the information in there from my TurboTax k1, it's not a lot of data.
