Cannot download State Tax Forms (California)

Dear Intuit,

I have completed Federal form, and the next step is to download the state form. When I try to do that, I get this message: "Failed to install update. Microsoft installer error: 1625, This installation is forbidden by system policy."

As the other guy said for 2020. I am getting this error message and can never Download and File California. Where is the link to Download a State Manually because the 2020 manual updater always says 2020 Turbo Tax is not installed when it is.

I looked at my account at the link mentioned but I don't know what I am supposed to see there or how to fix the error?

Yes there is no direct CA download to download. Only thing at that site is a manual super-updater for 2020 and that only comes up saying I do not have 2020 TurboTax installed! Even after Revo Uninstalling erasing all traces and reinstalling. Same.

It is broken and they have no solution. It is not due to my Windows install. My SOLUTION was to go to the Cal Gov web site open the writable .pdf of the tax form and put it side by side with another successful CA tax year for guidence. Opened the CA Tax Table .pdf there to write in tax due amount. Then mailed it in. It was a struggle figuring at 1st but got done.
