If you want to import your 1099R you will have to use a password and user ID. Or print it out for yourself from the bank/financial institution's website and enter the information by keying it in by hand.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
