The return must include an LLC which is not a disregarded entity. The return must be printed and mailed.”&nbsp;&nbsp; I assumed it was because of Form 568, so I completed and mailed it by USPS.&nbsp; &nbsp;After 20 days, the tracking shows that the mail has not been delivered to the PO Box and is still in Sacramento. The USPS says there is a delay. &nbsp;The FTB says they have no clue!
