Confirmation for direct debit?

How do I get confirmation that NYS will withdraw money from my bank account with direct debit?
Turbo tax gives me no clue.

I am mailing in the tax return but have chosen to pay my NYS taxes by having the money withdrawn from my bank account with direct debit.

I have completed this form twice with the impression that I would receive a final confirmation when I was completely donew with federal and state taxes. But I got none. Now I don't know I will have 2, 1 or no direct debit from my account.

Please advise.
