MN State Tas Filing

I have successfully e-filed my federal return, however, I can't e-file my MN state return. After reviewing my state return, I'm told I can now file but when I do, I get a dialogue that there are still a couple of things I need to do.

1. on the M1SA form, line 12, it says that there should be no value. When I input 0 and try to file, the same message comes back. I also tried simply putting nothing in the box and the same message comes backi.

2. on the M1W form, line 15,c1, I show payer ID and income/witholding information but it implies I need to add more. I try to add additional payer IDs and income/witholding informtion and nothing appears in the box.

End result, I cannot e-file my state return and Turbo Tax doesn't provide any help in figuring out why.

Any advice other than changing my filing to mail (even though I've already paid Turbo Tax for e-filing)?
