when trying to log in, get my 2021 tax return, etc. no verifications are being sent

After you log in...

Go to the lower-left window and select:

"Intuit Account"

Then, in the "Sign in & Security" section, double check/update what email address is being used.

Might need to sign out of everything before a correction or change takes full effect.
