      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason I wasn't able to pay online to file my CA taxes. Turbotax directed me to call a phone number and provide information to the sales rep (TurboTax State Electronic Filing and the serial number $25) and then they were supposed to give me a confirmation code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the number and the person on the other end first wanted me to share my screen with her. That was a big red flag. Does Intuit actually think this is a good idea??? Then they said they couldn't give me any information except &amp;nbsp;by sending me an email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spent 50 minutes waiting for the rep to figure out what to do. Gave up and filed by mail. How disappointing&lt;/P&gt;</description>
