If you are asking whether the fees can be deducted on the tax return filed by the trust, then the answer is yes.

If you are asking whether the fees can be deducted on your personal tax return, then the answer is no.

If the fee can't be deducted on a personal tax return it doesn't become deductible because the fee is charged to a trust. There are regulations that prevent this.
