If I deleted my state return can I download it again? I need to start over.

If you want to start a new state return, select the Step-by-Step icon, and then select the State Taxes tab.

I understand that but if I delete my PA state can I re-select it? Will it still be available?

@Dennis53 Yes, deleting the state return does not delete your State program. So you can go back and start your State return.
