topic Problem with 2022 Pennsylvania Return (re: Schedule SP) in State tax filing

I've been using Turbotax for years for both federal and state (PA) returns. My taxable PA income has for years been low enough to qualify for tax forgiveness under Schedule SP. This year is no exception: my taxable PA income is about half the max amount that qualifies for 100% forgiveness. Yet Turbotax claims that I do NOT qualify, even though they've prepared PA Form PA-40 correctly, showing my low, qualifying income on line 11. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there any way to get around this glitch, other than to submit my PA return by mail along with a Schedule SP that I fill out on my own? Thanks.

Since we in the Community cannot see your private tax data, we have no easy way of answering this question.

Could I ask you to dig out the Schedule SP from last year's PA return to see what has changed? As you know, PA Tax Forgiveness is based on a number of factors beyond just PA income. Let us know what you find out.

Thanks. I've resolved the problem. Turns out that I wasn't considering my "eligibility income."
