      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I do not get "Run as Administrator" or any kind of "Run" option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TTCleanStates has 887 KB,&amp;nbsp;and TTCleanStates.exe has 1KB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These do not seem to contain enough info to require a Zip file and to give me the State forms. But then again, I am not very proficient in computer stuff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to abandon my disk and go to my Account in TT to download the TT file in the first place, as disk kept saying something was missing in the DatFileCabinet.&amp;nbsp; Is there any way to access my state in my account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the manual update - my TT now opens as it has in previous years - checking for updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HOWEVER, the STATE still will not load.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did click on the State instructions link (noted in the manual link you sent).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did the Online-Download thing, it tells me I have CA, but nothing has changed in my stuff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still get my CA State "Start" button, which saves, checks for updates, tells me I am up to date, and then when I click on "Start" again, I get the same loop - Save/Check/Up-to-Date - Start/Save/Check/Up-to-Date - Start/Save/Check/Up-to-Date ------etc, etc, etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to purchase CA separately and then ask for a refund?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or how can I get my CA state tax forms to load?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
