State return not printing

I downloaded 2022 TT Home and Business on my mac. I printed the federal return but cannot print my state (Illinois) return. I tried reloading the program, restarting the computer but the issue still remains. When I tried printing,TT freezes (spinning wheel) and I have to force quit the program. The same thing happens when I try to preview the return. Turbo Tax is up to date on my computer

Please try to follow the workaround here, to see if this will resolve your issue.

I didn't try this workaround. I did a preview and the state return came up (it didn't previously), then I was able to print the return. The program is working correctly now, however I will keep this workaround in case it happens again.
