State Return Rejected, No Customer Service Message

My federal return was accepted but NC rejected the state return. When I click on "Show Message" under E-file status, the text is the word "none". What is my next step?

Sorry Ebony, that video didn't help. When I open TurboTax Desktop, it shows that I have a message but that message is blank, it gives me NO direction on why the return was rejected. When I click on Review Again, "Description of Error" and "What Needs to be Done" are blank. It says let's refile, which seems like a bad idea if the source of the error hasn't been fixed.
