      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry Ebony, that video didn't help. When I open TurboTax Desktop, it shows that I have a message but that message is blank, it gives me NO direction on why the return was rejected. When I click on Review Again, "Description of Error" and "What Needs to be Done" are blank. It says let's refile, which seems like a bad idea if the source of the error hasn't been fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
