So I already filed my state return and have the path msg, after looking at my finished document a w2 has incorrect info for employer state ID. I’m worried it will delay the process for federal.

It’s possible your filing will be delayed for an incorrect Federal tax ID number. If your return has been filed and accepted by IRS, there’s nothing you can do to fix it.
