topic 1099-R forms - State ID No box in State tax filing

My elderly father lives in an assisted living home in Oregon. His mailing address is in Washington state. Oregon is an income tax state, Washington is not. The 1099-R forms show WA in box 15 and a distribution value in Box 16.

In TT, the “Where is this Distribution From” window pops up. I assume that I would enter box 1 contents from the 1099-R form into the “Oregon Distribution Amount” box, $0 in the “Oregon Withholding” box, but what would I enter in the “Payer’s OR state ID No” box?

Or, do I just leave that “OR state ID No” box blank?

Thx

You should be able to leave this field blank. However, if you encounter problems trying to file, enter the Payer's TIN (see 1099-R).
