Arizona Consumer Use Tax

I can't seem to find where I would enter into TTX consumer use tax for Arizona.

Situation would be while traveling to New Hampshire, a purchase of a diamond bracelet was made. No sales tax was charged at the point of sale. Presumably I would need to pay use tax in Arizona if I'm a full time resident of Arizona.

Arizona consumer use tax is not reported on the state income tax form.

Use Form AZ-USE V

Individuals are required to pay use tax on out-of-state purchases for your personal use and paid no tax, or paid another State's sales tax, or excise tax, at a rate that is less than the Arizona use tax rate.
