How to delete state program from TurboTax for Windows

I installed the state program in TT for windows but I really need to install a different state. How do I remove the state program from TurboTax so I can use the right one?

What if I accidentally downloaded the wrong state?

Don't worry, it happens. Here's how to delete a state return in the TurboTax for Windows CD/Download software:

With your return open in TurboTax, switch to Forms Mode by selecting the Forms icon
From the File menu, choose Remove State Return. (This won't delete your state program, just the state tax return)
Select the return you want to delete and then select Remove
Answer Yes to confirm
If you want to start a new state return, select the Step-by-Step icon, and then select the State Taxes tab

If you inadvertently downloaded the wrong state software and are still having issues, please contact us and we'll take care of you.

I followed all the instructions that were given and I deleted the state program. Now I'm trying to download the CORRECT state and it's wanting me to pay $40 for the state program. Not sure what's going on but I did purchase the version of Turbotax that provides one free state. Please help.
