I paid for both $39 each to e- file, Louisiana wasn't able to e-file yet (1/25/23). My federal was sent and accepted

I will try to e- file my state as I have done many times before using TT. I think something with Louisiana laws wasn't finish, so it didn't allow me to e-file. When I try again in a few days will it be an issue and want to make me pay again?

You should not be asked to pay again. But if you are, TurboTax will refund any duplicate charges quickly.

Here is a TurboTax FAQ with some info for you IF you see duplicate charges on your credit/debit card statement. You'd need to contact TurboTax to remove the second charge.
