MA didn't receive my tax return

Hello,

I used Turbotax 2022 to prepare my 2021 tax return, and sent my Mass tax return via mail back in 04/2022. However, the MA DOR said they didn't receive my tax return. In this case, what should I do then? Should I resend my Mass tax return directly? Other than a typical tax return, is there any other document I should insert? Thanks.

Do not resend the return. Contact Support first.

If you mailed your MA return 9 months ago and it still hasn't been received, I can't think of any reason not to re-send it.

You may want to attach a note indicating that your return is a resubmission of the original return which you've been told was never received.

Be sure to attach a copy of any W2's and 1099's that show withheld MA taxes.

There’s no special form. And personally I don’t see any need to contact support.
