Many MA forms appear to be scheduled to be available starting 1/19/2023.

And....until the IRS begins to accept/reject federal e-files on January 23, your state return cannot be accepted, so there is no rush to file the state return. The state cannot accept a return until the IRS has accepted your federal return.
