      <description>&lt;P&gt;Washington has no state income tax.&amp;nbsp; But Oregon does have a state income tax.&amp;nbsp; If you lived in Oregon you need to file a return for Oregon.&amp;nbsp; It might only be a part-year OR return but you need to allocate the income earned while you lived in that state.&lt;/P&gt;
