Being charged TWICE for “filing” state tax return but I live & work in NH, where there is no state income tax.

I live & work in NH and am being charged twice for filing a state income tax even though NH has no state income tax. I thought I had to pay to file federal return. How can this be fixed before I am due to be charged in the next 24 hours??? Not happy

NH does assess income tax on interest and dividends, though.
