Payment to e-file for state is not reflecting

The turbo tax package that I purchased initially had only federal e-file included. However, I wanted to do e-file for state as well and made the purchase through the software. However, the purchase is not reflecting while trying to e-file state returns and keeps taking me to the purchase modal window. Could any one help me here?

Below is the message I am getting on the software and it's asking me to enter the confirmation number. I got an email confirmation for payment but it had only the order number but not the confirmation. TurboTax State Electronic Filing State Minnesota Serial Number 1-0-5115 Amount $20 Order number: TTDCDLA163763736 Order date: Apr 18, 2022 Total charges: $25.00

However, the confirmation email that i received had only the order number.
