Thank you for the reply. The problem disappeared after a short period of time!

To answer the question, you asked me - it was in the section of final review. TT flagged something as incorrect but would accept no correction. The forms were correct in the first place!

I have never had to e-file CA before. This year I needed to do it twice. On each occasion I had this type of problem immediately after paying my fee! In each case the problem disappeared after a short period of time. I am convinced there is something in the software which guards against e-filing until Inuit is sure we have paid! If I am correct it would be more helpful if the message said something like that rather than cause us to keep looking to solve the problem!

I am trying to file a CA return. When I go to e-file, TT tells me I have two errors, one in the address, the other in the city. It says I must enter both on the CA w/s which it shows as not done.

TT will not agree with just "continuing" with the correct answers, I have tried re-typing them on the form.

How do I correct this? In the process I have already paid my $25 for the privilege!

We need additional details to be able to assist you further. Please clarify what section of the program you are trying to enter information on that is giving you the error message. Post your responses here in the thread and someone will reach out with the next steps.

Do not enter any special characters in either the address or the city. For example, O'Brien Drive should be just OBrien Drive or O Brien Drive.
