Missing School district form, restart state?

When i was going through the form, i did federal, state, and school district (SD) i clicked later. Now, i can't get it to go over the SD.

I went to view, and remove the suppress checkbox on SD form. That shows the form but doesnt allow me to go through the fields.

- How can i delete the entire state, and go through it ?

- Will this void my 1x free state after i delete the form?

- Or if anyone know how can i get to the SD wizard through the step by step view?

To get to your SD-100 in TurboTax Desktop, please follow the instructions below:

Open your Ohio return.
At the page A few things before we wrap up your state taxes, click Start or Revisit next to Ohio school district taxes.
If you are at the page Your 2021 Ohio taxes are ready for us to check, Click Edit next to Other Situations, then click Revisit next to Ohio school district taxes.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
