topic Multiple States withholdings incorrect in State tax filing

I live and work in differing states, so I have two state with-holdings in box 17. My w-2 entries are correct, and yet my second state form shows that BOTH states withholdings went to one state, grossly overestimating my tax refund. I can't figure out where or how to correct this since my w-2 is accurate. Any help?

My w-2 is correct. The software is wrong bc it's adding two states withholding and applying it all to one state.
